During a 3-days workshop at Frabrica communications and research centre in Treviso, Italy, we got challenged to come with a solution to make insects for Western people more interesting.
According to the UN food and agriculture organization, insects could be the solution to world hunger. Many insects are rich in protein; easy to farm on a large scale without damaging the environment and are already form a traditional part of many regional and national diets.
But, in most Western countries however, we are still not familiar with it. We apparently convinced that insects are 'dirty' and scary. To change this perception, we came up with a call to big saucing brands to gave them the opportunity to support eating insects.
